Extended Access appointments are available to patients registered with one of the practices in East Warrington PCN.
Appointments are available from 6:30pm - 8pm
Monday - Thursday : Located at your own GP surgery (Padgate Medical Centre, Fearnhead Cross Medical Centre and Birchwood Medical Centre)
To book an appointment, please contact your surgery as normal and ask for an Extended Access appointment.
Friday - Sunday : Located at Orford Jubilee Hub (Quay Healthcare deliver the service on behalf of your GP surgery)
Access to this service is the same as above (Contact your surgery directly).
